Scope of Work:

• Pressure Washing: We initiated the project by diligently pressure washing all exterior elevations of the building.
• Delicate Cleaning: For surfaces like EIFS, textured panels, and signage, we employed a lower pressure to protect the substrate from damage during cleaning.
• Exterior Elevation: Following the color elevation provided by the Project Manager, we meticulously applied two coats of PPG Sunproof paint to the exterior.
• Metal Treatment: To ensure longevity and protection, all metal surfaces received a high-quality PPG DTM paint application.
