Walmart Repaint Program

These repaint projects are exciting because of the large building size and diversity of building styles. Within Walmart’s portfolio of nearly 6,000 locations there are hundreds of uniquely designed buildings with locally inspired architecture across 3 primary store prototypes. We never know what we’re going to get. 

Both the Standard Walmart and Super Walmart protype can exceed 150,000 wall square feet of painted surface. Considerably greater than almost any “Big Box” retailer. Across these large buildings Walmart’s architects and designers provide site specific color elavations in which they creatively apply Walmart’s wide range of “Brand Standard” colors in exciting and unique ways.  The results are dramatic. Walmart also has the widest range of paint systems specified for unique building elements and substrates by the world’s leading coating manufacturers. Considering all the variables each project requires a considerable amount of planning and experience for the paint to go smoothly.
