Amazon Warehouse Remodel

CLIENT:

Amazon

DATE:
APRIL 2023
SCOPE:

30,000 sq ft warehouse remodel

The warehouse underwent an extensive transformation, starting with the demolition of old ductwork and electrical equipment. Conduit and junction boxes were then installed to accommodate new lighting fixtures. Sprinkler systems and exterior lighting were also added to enhance safety and functionality. Prior to fitting and framing the louvers, asbestos removal was necessary in and around the windows. The floors were ground and resealed, while insulation was installed for improved energy efficiency. The renovation extended beyond the functional areas, encompassing the creation of new breakrooms and restrooms for the convenience of employees. Furthermore, the parking lot underwent a thorough assessment of asphalt depth in the parking and driveway areas. Subsequently, these sections were repaved and relined to ensure smooth and organized traffic flow. This ground-up renovation left no aspect of warehouse safety untouched, as all necessary measures were implemented to meet the highest standards.
