PROGRAM DETAILS
The 120,000 square foot warehouse renovation included structural alterations, electrical system upgrades, automated loading dock door system, Dockzilla adaptable loading docks, a 12,000 sf addition to the main building, and a 1 acre parking lot expansion. Structural changes needed to be made to accommodate an expanded sorting and logistics area. The concrete floors received particular attention as they were expertly refinished, complete with a durable seal and guard. Furthermore, state-of-the-art HVAC systems, ductwork and piping were expertly installed to ensure optimal climate control and employee comfort. A full Energy Management System was installed to increase efficiency which integrated into the overall Building Management System. This new automation required a complete overhaul of the existing electrical. The overall system needed to be upgraded to support larger loads required by this new technology. Brand-new bathrooms and breakrooms were also added to enhance the facilities.
